Prices for Academic Year 2025/26
We set out below rental fees for a full academic year or single semester bookings as applicable. All prices shown include:
- Utilities including electricity and water
- Shuttle Bus to UL
- High speed WIFI connection
- 55 Cable TV Channels & 11 Radio Stations to wall outlet (TV or TV licence not provided)
- Weekly refuse collection
- Full inventory
- Professional maintenance service
- Live in residential management
- Regular security patrols
All prices shown exclude:

- Onsite parking which is LIMITED and only available through application –
For the avoidance of doubt your booking does not include the provision of on-site parking for motor vehicles. A limited number of parking permits will be available for purchase at a later date. Please note Brookfield Hall provides a dedicated bus service to UL Monday to Friday & a dockless bike scheme will be in operation from May 2023.

Payment in full payments are due on 24th July 2026 or 26th August 2026 for incoming first years.
For First Year Students – In the event of cancellation on or before the 26th August 2026, €400 of the booking deposit is refundable. There will be no refund after the 26th August 2026. For Other Students – In the event of cancellation on or before the 24th July 2026, €400 of the booking deposit is refundable. There will be no refund after the 24th July 2026.
Cancellations are not valid unless submitted by email to marketing@brookfieldhall.com on or before the dates above.
Semester 2 – Final cancellation date to be eligible for €400 refund is 4th Jan 2027

Security/Booking Deposit
A total deposit of €500 is required upon booking. Once the licence fee payment has been made the booking deposit will then become a security deposit and will be refunded at the end of year unless there are deductions for damages or arrears.

Cash: can only be accepted in person at reception.
Debit Card: At reception or over the phone on 061-333825 during office hours. Please note credit cards are not accepted.

Eviction or Early Departure
If a student is evicted, no refunds of rental will be made.
In the case of early departure, the onus is on the student to find someone to take their room. Until a replacement has been found, the student will not be refunded. Please note that when a student leaves, Brookfield Hall management have the right to move another resident into that student’s vacant room. If this occurs, however, the student must still find a replacement for the room which is vacant.
